It was a little like walking back in time for a minute. Love the farm feel kinda place. They offer a fabulous buffet and/or salad bar. I had a burger, and my husband had the pulled pork barbeque. both were delicious. The service was great. Prices are great, and the place was very clean. Can't wait to return...maybe tomorrow?? I highly recommend this place! Parking: Great parking in front Kid-friendliness: They seem to love kids, great kids menu, high chairs, booster seats Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap friendly
Ordered the BBQ plate, beans were cold , wife had the patty melt and it was ok. BBQ sauce provided looked and tasted like Krafts. A sur charge is added for using a debit card, i avoid eating establishments that add fees like cell service or cable. Food was nothing to write home about. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Great food. The waitress had an attitude, maybe she had a hard day, but she could've been a little nicer. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Grilled Chicken Breast
Food not near as good as when Molly ran it Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Some of the food bins were empty when we arrived, but I managed to snag the last chicken leg quarter, two meatballs, a cup of white beans, coleslaw, and a couple of onion rings. My husband chose a few items, keeping in mind that his main focus was the crab legs. However, the waitress who seated us had noted him for the buffet and only two clusters of crab legs. When he asked her to correct this so it reflected his desire for all-you-can-eat, she insisted our ticket only allowed for two. He remained polite, requesting she adjust it since that was what he initially ordered. Ultimately, she handed him the order she had for another table and revised our ticket. My husband quickly finished his legs, within about 15 minutes, but then he began to wait—and wait. Both of us enjoyed some cobbler from the buffet, and I also got a small salad. He tried to get the waitress's attention again, and then I made an attempt as well, but it seemed she was intentionally avoiding our table as she circled the room. After finishing dessert, we lingered for ten more minutes, hoping to see if any additional crab leg orders would come out, but she never checked in to offer refills or see if we needed anything. We didn’t want to bother the older waitress in the other room, and the dark-haired waitress was preoccupied with front-of-house duties and assisting with the buffet. We spoke with the cashier, who was very apologetic and charged my husband only for what he had consumed. It’s quite unusual for us not to leave a tip, but we felt the waitress had deliberately ignored us. Had she come back to check on us, it would have made our first visit a positive experience. We understand it was busy that day, but the poor service was quite puzzling.
