Ralph's Famous Italian Ices Ice Cream

I've always found Ralph's to be overrated. Yea, they have a good selection of italian ices but the flavors don't always taste like you imagine them too. Also, they are a little bit on the pricey side and the staff is usually a little snippy. I don't really know what all the hype is about.

While i typically like ralph's italian ices, i've found that the employees here are extremely rude and seem to be completely uninterested in their job, choosing to talk in the back for long periods of time while lines of customers are waiting to order. I live in sayville and i will go out of my way to avoid this store. Sad.

Sayville Ralph's Italian Ices is a good place to get italian ices and ice cream. Tasty. Prices are okay. High school kids working the counter need to brush up on their people skills though.

Just visited this Ralph?s for the first time tonight this season. Such nice employees! Great service. Very impressed. Good job hiring and our ices are delicious as usual!!!

If i could give this place a 0 star i would! The people who work there are so rude. It?s a different price when a specific person works that shift and order the same exact thing each time i go. They need to work on how to do customer service right and not hire bratty teenagers who are miserable all the time.
