Yogen Früz - Scarborough

I ordered a non-dairy frozen strawberry yogurt, and it turned out to be quite bland and watery. I was expecting better quality, so I was really disappointed!

First time visiting the location and tried Mango Ice Tea. Very delicious. Comes in 2 sizes. A rewards program of the company or joining another program which is popular will definitely attract more customers, increase customer satisfaction loyalty and boost sales. Highly recommended visiting the location!

At times, they don’t fill your cup completely or leave some empty spaces, but overall it’s a good experience! I would love to see them add more toppings, though. Just a heads up, they don’t focus on bubble tea, so don’t expect it to be exceptional, haha. There are plenty of bubble tea places in the mall!

This location has some staff members who intentionally don't fill up your cup fully. When I went with my sister, we each ordered a small drink, and they were only filled halfway. However, when my sister went with her friend, she said they filled their cups completely. I’m not sure if it’s relevant, but I’m 14 and my sister is 12. Just a heads up for younger customers: be cautious, as they might try to take advantage. It's a good idea to have a parent with you.

This is my all time favorite place for frozen yogurt!! You should try their watermelon flavor and key lime pie flavor. Staff are always friendly. I would say price is reasonable too. Also, their tea and slushes are very good! Give it a try!
