Dunkin' - Schenectady

The service was extremely quick, and the customer service was excellent! This Dunkin Donuts location stands out as one of the best I’ve visited.

Drive-thru was quick, person at the window was not personable, no smile, no greeting. If I was having a bad day, she would not have made it any better! Smile at the window, it's part of the job! or stay in the back where noone can see you! You may be the first person they see when they leave their house, they might be going through something and you could be the very one to make their DAY!!!

I ordered a hot chocolate and ten munchkins, but they hardly had any donuts left. The bathroom and tables were not clean. One of the employees was on her cell phone, swearing at someone during the call. On the bright side, she did bring me some milk to cool down my drink without charging extra.

The service here is incredibly quick, and the customer service is outstanding! I've never been to a Dunkin' Donuts location that surpasses this one.

I love DUNKIN DONUTS PERIOD. But that's one of my favorites. You make my coffee every time
