I used to be regular customer in Orland Park, ILLINOIS branch, they always make my personal deep dish and garlic parmesan fries perfectly, but in this branch unfortunately is not the same professionalism.

2 hours before closing and they already had chairs on tables, guess they wanted to go home asap. Took a good 15 minutes before being greeted and another 15 to get a drink. Wish I had made it last longer because my waitress looked at the empty glass no less than 6 times and never offered a refill. Even went to the bar and the bartender pretended not to see me as well. Food was ok at best, spaghetti, no bread or any kind with it which is unusual. Although baseball playoffs and Thursday night football was on, got treated to East Carolina game on 2 screens and shopping networks and Atlanta Hawks basketball. Last part my be nitpicking, but come on, someone should manage this place.
