However it has been remodeled and there is a banner out side the restaurant saying there is some sort of Asian Seafood Buffet coming. However have no idea when that will be.If I try it, will let you know whether it is good or not.
Service was fast food is always mediocre and that is for me where the experience stops. In my ever prevalent quest to find next level Chinese food I find myself stalled again. If over $100 worth of food is ready in 15 minutes...well I 'm here to review not speculate. Let 's just say in my humble opinion quality food takes time to prepare. Food appearance was haphazard, ragoon and egg roll was thrown in the sauce of the dishes and soggy. Food taste was subpar the fried rice was dry not hard but definitely not soft like fresh rice is. Again quality Food takes time to prepare. The main dish was tasty just not in an elevated type of way. Fear not yelpers this review shouldn 't dissuade you from visiting I think overall the food is on par with other Chinese food in this price range for the area. The restaurant was clean and pretty large. A full bar awaits you although in my handful of times visiting I have not seen anyone sitting at it. I think with a little forewarning your visit is just that- a visit to quench your hunger but definitely not a visit that will be seeing any raving food critic reviews.
It looked good on the outside. Packed. Had decent reviews. And was disappointed with almost every aspect of the food. I don 't think I 'll return. First the food was cold. Everything out kitchen with exception of the fried food. The wonton soup cold Fried rice with meal cold Général tso chicken cold Chicken with broccoli cold. The general tsa chicken was a huge disappointment in flavor. It was not what you 'd expect from a Chinese food restaurant. There was no breading and no flavor to the sweet sauce. I asked for spicy. It was a failure on that part too. The chicken with broccoli was ehh not good. My wife ordered it. I tried it. It wasn 't that good. Came cold as well. It should be renamed chicken with water chestnuts as it has mostly water chestnuts in it. The service was good. Friendly. They even tried to heat up the cold food. It was pretty obvious it was microwaved. When they returned the rice was warm. And the meat was mildly warmer. And we just didn 't want to ask again. I wonder why this place is packed. Maybe because it 's out where there 's not many options. I would drive for better Chinese food. Why is everything cold? Was it made fresh? Or heated up left overs? I can 't tell.
They went back to Chinese Fried Rice! No more Mexican/Puerto Rican Rice. Thank God I have been waiting for this day
We have lived in this area for 6 years but never made it to the restaurant until now. The place does not look like much but the food is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the sweet and sour soup and the chicken. The portions are big for the price.
