Riva - SCITUATE

This restaurant offers superb service as well as delicious menu. My favourite restaurant in the area. The food and drinks served quickly and the rates are economical. Highly recommended.

I simply enjoyed their food. I always get great service here. The place is always clean and the cashiers are always helpful. Will visit here again.

Bartender was great and attentive with a large group. Tuscan burger still has my mouth watering.

Early dinner last night in the bar. First Christin the bartender is so nice and does a great job as the bar went from empty to packed while we were there. Our server Matt also did a great job as well. The menu has changed recently and the food we ordered was delicious. We shared arancini in Riva red sauce and they were crisp on the outside and loaded with fontina cheese on the inside. My wife had Bolognese with wide noodles which has been on the menu before and loved it. I tried the Tuscan burger which was a meatball recipe juicy burger loaded with flavor served with great crispy fries. Obviously Riva’s recent focus on enhancing their food is paying off as evidenced by the size of the crowd waiting for tables when we left.

Yesterday my wife and I sung in riva for the first time. it was such a wonderful experience that we had to write an evaluation. I ordered the chicken marsala, which had a delicious crust on the outside, combined with perfectly cooked noodles. my wife had the short ribs and said they were the tenderest she ever had with her fork tender. joseph, our server, was pleasant, fun and helpful. all in all it was a “perfect storm” of a culinary experience: delicious eating, attentive service and warm ambiente. What else can anyone ask?
