They claimed that my printed certificate with a QR code was insufficient and insisted I find it on my phone. Although a manager was called to address the issue, the problem was not resolved. The salads looked beautiful and enticing, but both bowls contained wilted ends of lettuce and slimy brown leaves hidden underneath.

I ordered an acai bowl, and when my order arrived, the bag had everything I had requested. However, to my disappointment, when I opened it, I found a chocolate... I visited the restaurant today with a colleague, and we ordered smoothies for the staff. Unfortunately, three out of five of the smoothies tasted terrible. The... The cups didn’t have proper lids, and we weren’t warned about that, so some of the smoothies spilled. On the positive side, the interior is very nice and cozy, but they need to communicate better with customers. I was hesitant to come back after that experience, but I really wanted my smoothies to be replaced. When I returned, my issues were quickly resolved, and now I’m happy!
