Contribuer aux commentairesMy neighbors go there in Scott’s Valley. They shared some pizza with me. It’s really good, good prices, and friendly staff. Now I go there too.
Fantastic pizza, reasonably priced. And the stuffed garlic chicken one is the best. Ask for extra sauce always (free). Cooks well in your own oven.. take and bake only. No indoor dining or hot pizza. All fresh take and bake. Fantastic dough.Vegetarian options: Decent options for vegetarian toppings.
Hi haven't done a review in awhile. I receive text offers from Papa Murphy's pizza often. This particular one was for 2 topping large for $10.99.Sounded good. But it was online only. No problem but their website was bad. Signed and created an account. So first step was to find a location. Did that then to main page. So found the special I was looking for. So clicked on the order now button. Was directed back to the pick your location page. Was in this loop for to long. I was in the store doing this. Made a comment to employees that their website sucked. The comments were oh well. Then they said sorry can't help you. I then asked for the owners number. Again sorry can't do that. He said you could talk to the manager but he doesn't speak English again. All and all your employees are the backbone of your business. Pick them well.
I typically enjoy the convenience of Papa Murphy’s but tonight had an experience that makes me not want to return to this location. I ordered via the app which I have done many times in the past, but for some reason the toppings on the Tuesday special family sized pizza for $16.99 were not added (likely due to the apps error). My daughter had picked up this sad cheese pizza as well as an extra large pepperoni, but I didn’t see the pizza was made incorrectly until I got off of work. So I popped the pepperoni pizza in the oven while l drove back to the store. I explained the situation to the clerk and showed them my online order, but told they would not fix it because she said the order came in with no toppings. I explained that the order was placed correctly in the app and was the same price with up to five toppings, so did not understand why they cannot simply add the toppings to my pizza as I had ordered it. The manager does not speak English so she had a very young interpreter going back and forth with me. She was quite upset and agitated explaining in Spanish why she wouldn’t fix the pizza and putting the girl in a terrible position trying to explain it to me. It made no sense why they couldn’t add the toppings I ordered as the pizza was literally the same price with or without toppings. I showed them my receipt on my phone, which the lady took, and then very reluctantly (without washing her hands I might add) began to throw pepperonis on my pizza. Then informed them that they had made the pepperoni pizza correctly, but that this one had different toppings. She then angrily removed the pepperonis off of the pizza, threw them back in the bin, and began wrapping my pizza back up, refusing to fix it. The poor girl then had to clumsily explain to me that they would not fix my pizza, because it would somehow mess up their “supply“. I was given a lecture about how they are just employees there and don’t own the store and have to follow this rule. I let them know this was terrible customer service but they didn’t budge and I left with my cheese pizza that had now been touched with dirty hands. Not a happy or satisfied customer here.
Ordered online. Showed up when it said to. One lady made my pizza who was talking to her friend at the counter. Took an additional 20 minutes while she put together only my pizza. That was the only pizza they put out during my wait. Horrible service.
