Collins Bros. Chophouse - Scottsdale

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the food was even better. I enjoyed a delicious prime rib and mashed potatoes that were bursting with flavor. The drinks were equally impressive. I returned for another great experience, this time trying the salmon and short rib in addition to more drinks and potatoes.

We started with the Oyster Rockefeller with Noble bread, which was a great start with a rating of 10/10. For dinner, we shared the 16oz Prime Rib with goat cheese whipped potatoes and Caesar salad, all of which were delicious. Our dessert was the buttercream cake, which was also very good and the perfect size for sharing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The fish tacos and Brussels sprouts were a generous portion for an appetizer. While the prime rib sliders were simple, the goat cheese mashed potatoes had a delicious tangy flavor. The presentation was also beautiful. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent. I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

I can’t praise this place enough. The food was delicious, the waiter Randall was amazing and over all a great place to eat at. Being from New Jersey we all tend to be snobs with food and expect great service. This place truly delivers. And the cheesecake tastes like it’s from New York.Food: 5/5

We had a great experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced considering the quality. The NY strip was wonderful and the oysters were really tasty. Great service and cocktails overall highly recommended!
