Marcellino - Scottsdale

As always, our experience was phenomenal, and the food was exceptional. We usually order off the menu and are never disappointed. If you are looking for a date night, I highly recommend!

First time here and loved it. Carlos was our server and he was great. He gave good recommendations and very attentive checking in on us. The only odd thing was we got there around 5:30. There was one other table that was seated and they sat us right next to them when there were so many other tables available so we had to listen to a loud talker for the first twenty minutes of our dinner. Maybe space people put a little. The two tables that were also two seaters remained empty during our entire dinner so why not put some space between people when you can? Other than that very minor thing we lived our experience here and will return.

We wanted to have dinner with live music so this was the place on a Saturday night. It did not seem packed with empty tables most of the time, yet we were put on the bar. The big guy was kind of grumpy or that's his style...don't know. Entertainment was good on mix tunes but would prefer more Sinatra hits. Complements to the chef, the Italian meal was authentic! I had the special “2 prawns fresh pasta”. For two people, the bill was $380...it must be the special $70/ dish pricing bcuz we only had 4 drinks.

Food is good and regular menu prices are fair,but the special pasta dishes are presented without telling you what the cost is. Pappardelle pasta with lamb ragu $59.00 was a total shock. If you should go there, ask about special items pricing first. Good place to go if you dont care about costs...

We had a wonderful dinner. It was my first time there and I got to meet the Chef! Noise level was rough. It was hard to hear my wife with our conversations. But overall it was wonderful.
