The food was very disappointing. I wouldn't order anything with fries again. They were cold and flavorless. The portions were too small for the prices. I would recommend drinks and appetizers.
This place was excellent. Fantastic service, great atmosphere, good food and awesome drinks. We brought the kids and they were equally impressed. The Pilgrim was put of this world. The salmon buger was great but the charred taste almost overpowered the salmon taste. The beer and vodka drinks were phenomenal!
What a fun place!! Dog kid friendly! Food is amazing. Kids had Mac and cheese that was so cheesy and filling- they were able to share one order! Chips and salsa and guacamole were perfect as well. And of course the juicy beer was juicy delicious! We?ll be back soon!
We sat the bar and the service was attentive. The beer selection was pretty good as we are IPA fans. They have in house beers and some from other breweries. TVs at the bar we?re plentiful too. We got the tuna poke avocado smash which was ok. A bit too much pineapple for my liking but can always remove some yourself. Could use more wanton chips too.
I went back and forth between a 3 or a 4. There were several things that we experienced on this visit that I felt made it less than a 4 star rating. In the end, I based my rating on the overall experience and decided to not be so nit picky. The waitress was sharp, attentive, and friendly but knew very little about craft beer. This is the distillery location, so I could (kind of) look past that. It's also hard to find decent employees right now, and she was a good waitress. It's just that when you visit an establishment that specializes in craft beer, you half expect the employees to be semi informed on the subject; at the very least, where their products are concerned. I had the brisket sandwich, and the brisket was dry and over sauced. Again, in their defense, brisket isn't easy to get right and most places don't. I think I would have been more surprised if the brisket was done right. The beer was good, especially the B/A Cryptnosis I took home. We'll go back. I think we'll try a location that makes beer and not spirits, and I most likely won't order brisket next time.
