Starbucks - Scottsdale

What could this be that I found at the bottom of my cold brew?? I don't live by this Starbucks and only stopped in for a quick drink while on my lunch break so I am not able to go back in for a new drink.

Drive thru was moving well, and no issues. Great as always.

I always come here before going to work and the staff never fails on giving a warm welcome !! And I always get the venti iced vanilla chai tea latte with the cold foam and caramel drizzle and the always make it perfectly

Very confusing service, out of products and closed lobby. Had ordered a drink ahead for pick up and the drink tasted horrible.
