BETTER THAN PUBLIX!!!!! I usually have the subs but yesterday i tried the Mediterranean salad and it was delicious and very fresh, I like that they make their own hummus, It must try!!

Sandwiches were good. The girls that worked there were very friendly.

Love the flip-flop sub shop! They take their time when making your sandwich, wrap, or sub for you. They are patient. They make sure that it’s made just to your liking and are super kind! Their station is immaculately clean and everything looks so tasty! Perfect location, near the beaches and marinas. And you can get gas while you’re there too!

Terrific high quality sandwich right by JD park! Highly recommend if you are in the area mountain biking, you can enjoy a delicious sandwich after. The wasabi sauce is very good!
