Canon - Seattle

I came on a Friday night with a reservation . (They allow reservations with a $25/ person deposit that goes towards the check) Drink quality and atmosphere garner 5 stars. They have a lot of unique and tasty cocktails. However, service was pretty bad. We had to wait 30 mins after being seated for our order to be taken. It took another 45 mins for our waiter to check in again on us, which kind of dulled the experience as we were finished with our drinks for a while.

The drinks are a new experience every time, and they’re always delicious, fun, and inventive. The food is equally delicious. Canon is one of the best bars in the world for good reason.

Favorite bar in Seattle. Fun, creative, interesting, and always evolving. Love the oysters and can’t go wrong with any of their cocktails. Only seats parties up to 4 and really great for industry members on Monday. All time regular.

Best whisky bar in Seattle hands down. Went for the new years fixed menu, and it was outstanding. Have been other times and the food is amazing. Try the Sardine!
