Contribuer aux commentairesNasi Goreng and Bakmi Jowo Pak Setu is one of the many places in Semarang that sell fried rice and kiefera noodles dishes. Located on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, across from the Sisingamangaraja market (also known as Candi market), right next to the Guest House Sisingamangaraja hotel. It's close to my home (sometimes I walk there), set up in a temporary tent. They sell various fried rice dishes, including chicken, offal (tripe), mixed rice and noodles fried together, and bakmibackena noodles, whether boiled, fried, or in soup. The delicious taste is achieved by cooking everything with charcoal, and the one who cooks is Pak Setu himself, accompanied by his wife, Bu Setu. The taste is undeniably delicious, I ordered the kiefera soup noodles, not too much soy sauce and the seasoning is delicious, I also always ask for extra keki (because it's delicious, especially since I often visit and am a regular customer. So Pak Setu and Bu Setu already know when I come, they already know what I will order according to my preferences. The price is very affordable for me, so it's very budget-friendly. However, when it's crowded, you have to be patient because only Pak Setu cooks. The waiting time for orders when crowded is around 10-13 portions. Great for those who want to eat fried rice, bakmibackena noodles (boiled, fried, in soup), and mixed rice and noodles with tasty flavors. Even though there may be a line when it's busy, the taste is just mmm. Delicious. (By the way, I ordered when it wasn't busy and it was my first time, so it was quick. I also didn't dine in/take away).
I have bought fried rice at Pak Setu's restaurant several times. The cooking method is using a traditional stove made from areng wood, which gives it a unique taste. It is delicious and the seasoning is flavorful. The portion size is just right. They also have other tasty menu options like "nasi ruwet," a combination of fried rice and noodles. The restaurant is located by the roadside, half permanent, and sufficient. The prices are fair. Highly recommended.
Bakmi goreng/rebus....nasgor babat/telor/ayam....rasa makkulnyus.
The dishes are cooked individually according to the order, so they are not mixed together. The flavor is more delicious and satisfying, the beef tripe fried rice is quite good, and those who enjoy spicy Javanese boiled noodles will find it suitable here.
