The food was very good. The prices were reasonable. It is very beautiful place, you can look at the lake when you get a good table. The service was pretty good considering that they understand. It seems to be going everywhere that everyone is now understated.
On Monday, my wife and I are trying to have a lunch, and we are looking for restaurants at Seeufer, preferably. While we had to travel an hour to come here, we live at Hartwell Lake, who lacked a wide range of restaurants, it was worth it. Today was not as hot as it was and there was a breeze from the lake, so we sat outside on the surrounding veranda, view of the lake and geese. We split a bowl of the bisque. I would have preferred to be hotter, and like with my duck below, some lump crab for the price no pick. I have eaten seafood and seen a Crab Stuffed Flounder $25 Ouch! and was very satisfied with the portions and side choices that I chose for the steamed broccoli and havarti mac-n-cheese crazy combo decided freedom, but the baby is free! While the sides were hotter, the duck was fresh and hot. The Flounder was soft and juicy with a crabcake style filling at this price it should have lumps crab, but had the crab taste . My wife had the Salmon sandwich of Fried Teriyaki, which came with the fixations you expected and the bungalow was grilled. She chose the fries she loved. I had a taste of the salmon that was crispy on the outside, but tender and not overcooked. Of course I have her pimple. I had a brown ale and she had a house taxi, both were enough to pour. The landscape was from the lake, the ambience was perfect, and we came before lunch as semi-private as well. Our server was Sophie and she was knowledgeable, interesting and attentive. She lives in the area and gave us some hints about where we can spend the day and enjoy swimming where the water is clear. A good find in a server these days! Ask her when you leave. We will be back and will feel the Gazebo next time on the weekend closer to the water and more of a bar.
Let me start with this place being AMAZING. It has an amazingly beautiful environment on the lake and the menu itself is really very good. The wine list is not bad (we had a perfect, inexpensive white Bordeaux). But the PRESENTATION, China (and plastic serving dishes), table setups etc. are like a CAFETERIA. It's really sad. It must be a gold mine for the owner so that they simply don't care, but it could be an even bigger gold mine and a pleasure to visit. But unfortunately this is not the case. No disappointments at our Bailey server but who was extremely cheerful and sweet and professional, she is a fortune for the business; isn't her fault the restaurant is so bad? My husband's darkened Flounder sandwich (after they had withdrawn the improper fried) was very good. That's how the blue cheese was. Unfortunately, the wedge salads were very inspected, although the dressings were good. But the pages are served in small plastic bowls, huh? our children had in their CAFETERIA at primary school. Really?! And the salad dressing pages have been served in the small plastic throw containers that will get you Chinese order with your fast food collection. Really?! Not the Saturday night fine food our experience could be so easy.
We had my graduation dinner party in one of the event rooms on the second floor. It was private, spacious, and had a nice view of the lake. We were able to arrange the table and chairs to our liking. We were also allowed to place some simple decorations. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. The experience was great and the food was good quality too. Special thanks to Jenna, our server. She was great. ?
