After agreement with the cook Mrs Elena, the filled chicken was inserted in the menu instead of the second provided in the proposed fixed menu. the lunch was perfect ,good the appetizers, excellent the two first, special the stuffed chicken and all the rest. Right price with excellent value for money. I recommend it to those who aim for quality without frills.
On the occasion of the Saboris antigos festival in Serri we thought to return to this restaurant -pizzeria of the family-run country where my husband and I had already been. The room is bright and welcoming, the friendly, kind and professional staff. The lunch with fixed menu of land complete and abundant from the appetizer to dessert. Excellent sausage dumplings, roasted pork, homemade cakes. Very good also ravioli to the ricotta we had tasted the previous time. Great value for money! All framed by the beautiful festival of ancient and genuine flavors of Serri. We spent a beautiful Sunday! We'll definitely be back, magari. to visit again the archaeological site of S.Vittoria.......Consigliato!
After a beautiful morning at the sacred well of Santa Vittoria, we wanted to make a less demanding stop of an agriturismo. Just 5 minutes from the archaeological site we stopped with wife and two small children followed in the restaurant bar and pizzeria Caria. A nice room, warm cozy with very friendly staff. We took land appetizers, first dishes: fregular with mushrooms and excellent ricotta ravioli, then a roast of kid (very good) then, sweet fruit and coffee. We were very happy for everything, I think we'll be back... maybe on the occasion of other visits in the area. But this is already another story....
After visiting the Nuragico Shrine of Serri, my wife and I chose to stop for lunch in Serri, opting for this Restaurant/Pizzeria/Bar . The structure is not striking, but do not let yourself be conditioned by appearances. The option at lunch was a fixed menu at 18€, including first/second/contour, water/wine/coffeee/coffeee and Sardinian dishes: for food there were two choices, so we ordered one of them, to taste everything. We were absolutely satisfied, tasty dishes and of good level, as first a fregular to the mushrooms (porcini) and delicate ravioli made in the house to the ricotta (of pecora sarda), as second a delicious porceddu, a pig cooked to perfection and digestible, with the cotenna che scrocchiava, and an amazing goat in humid, to lick the fingers. Also excellent side dishes, vegetables but especially fried potatoes, cut fresh . Good typical Sardinian sweets, and with two extra euros we also took a bitter. Service punctual and courteous. Experience how much we're going back to the area, maybe bringing you friends without being afraid of being a big fan.
I highly recommend this place for the goodness of food the relationship between quality and price, moreover it seems to be at home. To try definitely
