The bagel was toasted to perfection and the egg was delicious! If you make it to Seward and needbreakfast, this is a good spot!
My wife Sheila and I stopped for breakfast. Sheila had the French toast . It was very good. I had eggs and reindeer sausage. I was good. Sheila got a Apple fritter to go and that rated the 5 stars. She said it was the best apple fritter she has had inyears. Not too sweet and had fresh apples In it!
Came here for breakfast and I'm so happy I did. The guy behind the counter was calm (his demeanor seems like maybe he's prior military but cool nonetheless. I'm happy with the amount of food I got (my picture shows my plate after eating more than halfof everything ???? . The staff is good and so is the food. I would definitely recommend.
Yikes. This place had a weird vibe and the food was awful. I ordered an egg sandwich and there was so much oil soaked into the bread I couldn?t even finish half of it. My husband ate his breakfast but said it made him feel gross the rest of the day. Theguy behind the counter (owner maybe? was also super off-putting and went on an unsolicited rant about freedoms and how at leastwe don?t have to wear masks like they do in the lower 48 (even though the mask mandate is long gone . Ok dude, it?s 8 in themorning and I just need a coffee. What a weirdo. I?d recommend staying far away from this place and going literally anywhereelse.
We came to Seward for the drive and clam chowder, and we were rewarded in both! The clam chowder was exceptional, well-seasoned and full of clams and not too much potato. Yummy! The halibut was not small pieces that we?ve had elsewhere, but nice, bigpieces. The fries were good, too. Couldn?t eat it all, but we?ll be back and try again!
