Chili's Grill - Shakopee

The server was amazing fast and was always there for refills. Even though they were busy, the food, on the other hand, was terrible

We enjoyed chicken, shrimp, and steak fajitas for 2 people. Hot and smelling delicious. We will have this again.

Server got my order incorrect even though she had 3 tables. Employees more concerned with speaking to coworkers then serving guest.

Quesadilla was old and dried out. The chicken on the salad was cold. Ribs are tiny. The bartender only offered 1 beverage, then didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Bar was sticky and had crumbs from previous customers. We asked to have it wiped down, and she grabbed a paper towel from wash station and cleaning bottle and then wiped down the area in front of us. One spot was still sticky, so we moved seats. There were crumbs on the bar top around the corner from us, and she never bothered to clean that up. I've never seen a bartender dump hot water over liquor bottles to clean them. I don't think I'd ever order a drink there again. It was a strange experience. Bartender did not visit with customers at the bar or provide service beyond minimum services. I did enjoy getting to watch some of the Wild game during the long wait for food. The gal that brought the food out dumped ranch dressing all over the counter and my husband. We didn't get utensils until a few minutes after our food came. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

Everything was great! The steak was done perfectly. I ordered some A1 sauce for it, but with how flavorful the steak was by itself, I didn't really need it! Thank You!
