Evergreen - Sheboygan

This food truck is a new addition to the area, usually parked at 3 Sheeps but also at Vollrath Bowl on Mondays in the summer and other events. They offer a menu with options for meat eaters as well as great choices for non-meat eaters. I recently tried their Caribbean Double, a vegan dish with a mix of veggies, chickpeas, mango chutney, and cilantro on two fluffy fry breads. The fry bread is cooked separately from the meat, making it a safe option for vegans. This dish was delicious, colorful, and unlike anything I've tried before. In addition to this, they also serve grain bowls, cold pressed juices, and salads that can be prepared as vegetarian or vegan upon request.
