Mcdonald's - Sheffield

I went to this restaurant for breakfast on November 12, 2023. This was not my first visit to this McDonald's and unfortunately, the staff's service was still poor. I ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, but it took over 15 minutes for it to arrive. I had to inquire about my order and the staff seemed clueless about the delay. When I finally received my food, there was no apology for the wait. The restaurant was not even busy at the time. This has not been the first time I have had issues with this location. A few weeks ago, I experienced a similar situation during lunch. The staff seems poorly trained and only focus on delivery orders, neglecting those dining in. It would be beneficial if half the staff focused on delivery orders and the other half on in-house orders to improve overall service quality.

This restaurant is a chaotic mess, filled with apathetic young workers stumbling over each other, all overseen by a shift manager who is the biggest clown of all. The food quality is poor, with lukewarm burgers and soggy chips. Orders are frequently incorrect and not complete, and the delivery service is even worse. They even charge for sauce pots, which is ridiculous. Overall, I feel insulted as a consumer and cannot recommend this place. It's a shame to see this kind of attitude spread to other locations and franchises. My advice would be to avoid this restaurant altogether.

5 people had meal deals, 3 out of the 5 had to be returned as they were cold, and I mean cold, this definitely was not freshly cooked Replacement food was not received, had to go back to counter to get it, this time the chicken was slimey, Harry the manager said it is meant to be like this!!!??? My daughter is a chef and photographed the food, obviously it was not fit for consumption, Harry you really are a poor manager, how hard is it to cook chicken and give customer satisfaction, you were very rude and obnoxious, you do not belong in a customer orientated business, I'm sure you will be found out soon enough. This was at Sheffield McDonalds on the Industrial estate near to B and M.

We decided to try this restaurant for a change because our usual breakfast option leaves us feeling too full. While it may not be the cheapest option, it's not too bad overall. However, this morning when I ordered our usual Sausage and Egg McMuffin breakfast with a hash brown and a large latte, I noticed that the hash brown was missing from the order. I double-checked to make sure I didn't make a mistake in my order, but it was indeed missing. I saw that the price for a small hash brown was £1.49, so we decided not to order one. The sausage and egg McMuffin was greasy and the latte was quite strong, so we ended up adding more milk to it. I won't be having a McDonald's breakfast again in the future.
