I'm back a few times now and this pub can never be delivered. every weekday there is a special offer. we had very nice burgers, buy one and the second is a pfund. it won't take long until we get back.
We had a family meeting in the last minute we called the horse and jockey to see if we could get a table that they were really busy but pressed us into eating was perfect the personal absolutely fantastic and friendly and nothing was for them a lot, I would like to say a great thank you for a brilliant night in their pub
For the first time in the afternoon. very welcome when we came in. ends with the best gourmetburger and hühnerburger for a very long time. highly recommended.
Tonight we took ourselves to the horse and to the jockey when we had heard great things about their dinner club. november 's edition concentrated on a craftsman pairing thema that we could 't resist and we were 't disappointed! every cure was ridiculously good, and skillfully cooked. the beer paired perfectly and you could say how much thought were brought into the pairings, with most curses, including the beer in the kitchen also or the aromen inspire. I will not waffle about what we ate as it a photo of the menu, but I will say that the aromen of each schirrs were amazing, the black was so tender that they cut it with a spoon, and the pudding .... dark chocolate goose covered with a tiny rebel marshmallow porter I was the best pudding I ever had. there are some serious skills coming from this kitchen, and @chefalexdevaney's passion and talent is clear. and for £25pp for 4 courses and 4 paired drinks it is an absolute steal. eating is served here every night, but the next dinner club is on 26th januar again with a burns night and whisky thema, and again on
We had mushroom on toast, steak frites, ham hock and pork belly they were all lovely and hot, the starter was £5, the mains were £13, £14, £12, which I thought was a good price for what you got. The staff were nice and friendly and the place was clean I would highly recommend coming here
