Food was good but Terrible service. The waiter was on a call on the job and ignored us a couple of times. Drinks came in super late even though they were all soft drinks. After we complained the manager was nice enough to give us free dessert Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I went to have lunch with my family in arkan sheikh zayed branch after reading very encouraging reviews about the restaurant.We ordered ..and while waiting, unfortunately noticed on the drinks bar alcoholic drink...it was very disappointing as it's a place supposed to be family friendly and these alcoholic drinks shouldn't be served normally .It was very uncomfortable for me.The second thing was the very small portions in relation to the price.The taste was good to be honest.However ,for me, it will be the last time to go there .
