Saltgrass Steak House Woodlands

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to the outstanding service provided by Alex B, Mari, Darrius, and Savannah! I'm grateful that you have such dedicated employees on your team!

As a member, I can confidently say this is the best Saltgrass I've ever visited, and it's all thanks to one person: Naomi. I truly believe she deserves a management position at this location. Among all the waitstaff and managers I've encountered, I've never met anyone as kind and attentive as she is. Naomi is incredibly professional, puts in a lot of effort, and took excellent care of us during our visit.

Our server, Jordan, was incredible! The food is consistently delicious, but today we had an outstanding experience thanks to Jordan's excellent service. Thank you, Jordan, and a big shoutout to the steak chefs!

Made our reservation for 12:45 for table of 9. Showed up at 12:35. Wasn’t busy but we were a little surprised to see two sets of family of 5 walk in and get seated right away. At 12:50 they built a table for 9. Our family started to sit down and the manager came over and immediately had an attitude! He asked what are yall doing?! This is not your table, your table will be ready in 10-15 more min. I go oh, our reservation was for 12:45 so we figured this table was for us. He said you called 10min ago and made the 12:45 reservation. So no, obviously it’s not ready. We were shocked! I wish I caught his name but he had blonde/red hair. Both families had kids are landry’s members. We won’t be back

Steak was cooked exactly as requested. Bread, potatoe soup, and house salad was also delicious.
