Silly of us really because this is the best breakfast we could have had! Perfectly cooked and lovely homely service despite being so busy! They even let me add real sausages to my vegetarian breakfast without raising an eyebrow which you usually get now a days
This small cafe is fantastic. It may not be fancy, but the food is delicious and great value for money. We enjoyed breakfast here every morning during our stay. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Overall, a charming cafe by the harbor.
Open early in the morning before the ferry arrives. The mega breakfast was exactly what it said and very tasty. The bacon roll was lovely with lots of bacon. Staff were friendly and considering it was busy, didn't take too long to serve us. Prices were very reasonable and worth every penny.
Missed the restaurant on the overnight ferry for dinner and breakfast so needed something to keep me going untill the planned dinner at 7pm In the hotel. This place opens early and was a great find. No frills but a good quality wholesome breakfast with coffee and toast and more food than enyone could ask for. Obviously popular with the locals who were in and out constantly getting both takeaway rolls and sit in breakfasts.
Visited the harbour cafe on the day we left Lerwick. We both had breakfast which is cooked to orderThe food was piping hot when it arrived and was delicious.Great value as well.Don’t let the appearance of the harbour cafe on the outside put you off.My first impression of it was that it was closed down. It’s a brilliant wee place. If I ever go back to Lerwick I will certainly be going to the harbour cafe John Mcgoldrick.Glasgow.
