El Charrito Caminante - Shirlington

This place has my favorite tacos and burritos in all of VA hands down. No nonsense, no unnecessary flare, just flawless tacos and that insanely delicious hot sauce they have.

I don’t understand these reviews — there are definitely better and cheaper Latino restaurants in the DMV. I ordered tacos and pupusas from here. Tacos were horrible but the pupusas were just ok. Prices are cheap and it’s cash only. They got my order wrong and forgot to give me two tacos I had ordered.

Good food at a DEAL of a price. Bring cash. The corn tamales are incredible.

It is the last time I visit this place, terrible atmosphere, the food is very far from being Mexican or Salvadoran. And the times I've been to this place there is this fat man charging and taking orders who seems to be very unfriendly and bleeding!!

Everything about this place is perfect for me. The burrito supremes are amazing. They're really inexpensive too. Don't forget cash!
