Contribuer aux commentairesI saw a commercial this morning on TV advertising a deal for a 1-topping large pizza for $8.99 at Papa John's. Excited about the offer, I called to place an order, only to be told that the deal had actually ended the night before. I was disappointed and asked if there were any other deals available, but nothing caught my interest. I reached out to customer service and spent 20 minutes explaining my situation, only to be told that someone would get back to me in 4 days. I was frustrated by the lack of timely assistance and felt that the company had poor customer service. It shouldn't be so difficult to help a customer who saw a promotion the same day and ensure satisfaction.
I found a long hair in my pizza!!!! It was disgusting. I usually love Papa John's, but this is the second time that I have paid for half of my pizza to have toppings, and they only put toppings on 2.5 out of 8 slices. I pay for 4 slices to have toppings, so I expect all 4 slices to have toppings. Not 2 or 2.5 or 3...I want all 4 slices to have toppings.
