Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I've been there many times and it was the first time that I was there that the service was really bad. and they weren't that crowded so everything else is pretty good. I'm saying our waitress bring bread to other people after she told us that she would bring our bread in a minute then she took other people's orders before ours it was just really a bad experience.

I try not to leave negative reviews, but this place sorely disappointed me... Arrived to pick up my order at curbside a little early and went ahead and checked in... After sitting in curbside parking for about 15 minutes after my order was said to be completed, I thought maybe I should call and check on the order... Called and called and called, nobody answered the phone... I ended up having to go in and wait another 20 minutes for my curbside order , only to be told the phones aren 't working, and THEN I noticed my entire order wasn 't there... Glad I checked it before leaving! The employee left and came back with missing items about 4 times... Then I get to my room to find that my Soda and my dessert were still missing, so I paid for Items I didn 't even receive... i was too tired after a 3 and a half hour trip to even fight anymore... I 've NEVER had this type of experience at a Cracker Barrel... DEFINITELY won 't patronize this one again! ??

I was very disappointed. The food came out of the kitchen in stages, the waiter never offered us refills. By the time all of the food came out the first dishes were cold. I asked for my eggs to be cooked over medium and they were served sunny side up ?UPDATE: this is the most inconsistent restaurant in Shreveport!!! One time it's okay, the next time it's awful. Our service was excellent but my food came out cold. My husband's food was okay. My mashed potatoes were actually cold, butter wouldn't even melt ?

Always to eat here is goodVegetarian options: To me is good. ? recommend

The waitress was very rude and left us with empty glasses of drinks before we were done eating. We eat there every Sunday morning and have never had service that bad.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free
