II'm giving this place a 3 because it's a small business and think they could make better food. We ordered to go. First they need to rethink the to go containers. You need some sort of vent in order for crispy stuff not to get soggy wet from the condensation. Please utilize the salt more. This was some of the blandest food! Salt is a flavor enhancer. Can't cook without it. The sweet potato tots French fries should be replaced with fresh cut cubed! The SPtots were a soggy mess without any seasoning! The fries were stale without seasoning. I think another brand of BBQ sauce would be a lot better than the vinegar ketchup mixture. The pulled pork Briske have potential for greatness but.....you guessed it; MORE SEASONING! On the positive side my 2 yr old grandson loved the wiener from his hot dog. Even ate some of his dad's.
First time trying Crave. You would expect them to specialize in hot dogs and bbq… but they don’t. The bun could be toasted or heated in some form. My meal doesn’t seem fresh. I would look through our reviews to improve your restaurant.
I don't know what happened to this place. A year ago it was one of my favorites. The first things I ordered were the brisket and mac bowl along with the monster pretzel, and that had been my favorite. Fast forward to today, and the food has become an abomination.Let's start with the brisket and mac. Before, the dish was piled with delicious brisket and was served piping hot with lots of creamy, melted cheddar on top. Today, it was luke-warm, soggy mac with a few scarce pieces of brisket. They decided to top this off with a ton of refrigerator-cold shredded cheddar, smothered in ketchup. In a word, grotesque. My wife and I picked out the few pieces of brisket and threw the rest away.As to the monster pretzel, I guess it was edible. Clearly refrigerated and reheated, it didn't taste awful but was also only slightly above room temperature. The mini-pretzel bites it came with were gross. Had that texture of bread left in the fridge too long, and they hadn't even attempted to head them back up. The only hot thing on the entire table was the dipping beer-cheese, which was still good. The sad thing is that I loved this place not too long ago. When my wife suggested we eat there for lunch, my mouth literally started watering when I though about the mac and brisket. Now, I really can't imagine why I'd ever go back. Maybe it'll get better, but I spent $28 today and threw away 80% of the food. Why would I do that again? What a sad waste.
Such a cool place. Right parking lot. Clean bathrooms. Expensive menu.Numerous draft alcohol drinks you buy by the ounce.Food was not the same as the cost.I will go back and try another menu item.
