Mcdonald's - Shreveport

My fiancée today ordered a 6 piece nugget eating and when she came home, she discovered that they have their 3 raw meat patties and they still do not get their nuggets. she is not a dog, if they do not want to serve her, then they should have said to close her or something, but that is very unconfirmed and very evil to give a customer. that is very unacceptable.

This mcdonald's is trash. i visited today on july 10th, 2022. they gave me sprite that had been sitting out watered down and everything. then they lied to my pawpaw saying they didn't have spoons well they did because we were looking at them. every single person working at the mcdonald's has an attitude. the lady even rolled her eyes at us. if you have an attitude or don't wanna be at work STAY AT HOME. don't make other peoples experience or day bad because you have to work. that's what's wrong with most of you people now. I HOPE with all my heart that the manager sees this and that every and i mean every single one of you get in trouble. it's terrible and the food was disgusting won't be going back unless it is surely needed. I went around 1-3 p.m as of for the manager. i hope you fire those people or atleast put them on leave for a few days. they don't deserve their job!

Used the kiosk to place order and that went fine but then I was Ignored. Never came with my order. Had to go ask for it after a long wait with no receipt from kiosk... No sauce no customer service at all...

Went to eat breakfast inside and the door was locked with a sign on the door lobby open from 7am to 7 pm. It was 8:45am. I saw them inside laughing then ignoring me. The food here has always been great but the service needs major work.

This McDonald’s is horrible. Every time I get a delivery from DD from this McDonalds it is missing items. They get plenty of time to prepare a DD order, but can never get it correct. So you end up paying 20$ for 2 burgers and a pie.
