Did Dine In The Dark: Siem Reap

When I was first fed in the dark, I was a bit nervous, but it was worth it. At first you can sit in a lounge area (with lights for a drink where the waiters are so beautiful and welcoming. Then put your stuff in a locker and put on a a apron, meet your guide who will take care of during dinner (more than instructions, they make most of the experience thanks to their kindness, humor and competence and it is time to go to the full dark restaurant... The surprise menu of 5 dishes is just divine (and the price is just $18 for a real gastronomy experience. I won't tell you about it anymore because it would ruin the surprise, but all you need to know is that it's excellent and I'm a picky meal! We had such a great moment laughing together as with Sopaling, our fantastic guide that we were totally lost track of time and were the last in the restaurant. Overall, you just have to go, it is a unique experience where you can taste both fantastic local cuisine and get to know Cambodia for an evening. We will definitely return:

An unforgettable experience. The food was fantastic, full of taste and it was fun to try to guess what each dish was. It's a bowl, it's hot. Soup? Yeah... etc. I was a bit nervous when I left, but Srey Hum was a great waitress who likes to serve you (she makes it so easy in the dark). After a few minutes you'll hang him. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional and friendly. The increased sensory experience of eating in the complete absence of light was unforgettable. Unforgettable experience!!!! We had a remarkable dinner experience. Food, service, staff, all details were amazing!! We loved this experience. The most delicious dishes in Cambodia were delicious! And in the end we got a card with our names in Braille, amazing!! In any case, a restaurant must go when Siem Reap visits.

It was an amazing experience. Dinner was delicious, every meal was surprising in its taste and super delicious. The guide was very proffessional and funny, she made this experience even more unique. It was very touching, not scary at all. Definetly the thing to do in your life. We want to eat now in dark once a week.
