Hello, once again we have been very comfortable in our stay at the Mill. However, the room in which we have stayed, as a superior double, does not meet expectations. I suggest a couple of possible improvements. Improvements in bathroom and improvement in soundproofing with respect to the floor above. As there is no children's pool, it has limited our use and we have not been able to enjoy that relaxing corner as we would have liked! A haven of peace to which you have to escape at least once in your life. It is worth it for its facilities, good treatment, comfort of the entire venue, the variety of its cuisine... there are many reasons. It is run by a family that puts all their care, kindness and professionalism into making you feel better than at home. In addition, there are several details that raise the level: chargers for electric cars, Perricone brand amenities, very complete breakfasts with an exquisite presentation, a lot of vegetation that makes it have very pleasant corners, they knead their own bread with local flour. Our friends gave it to us and the truth is that we plan to repeat. The facilities are wonderful, elegant and very well maintained; Both the pool and the spa invite you to relax. Also, the environment is very quiet and pleasant. On the other hand, the staff is absolutely professional and is aware of all kinds of details so that you enjoy your stay as much as possible. Likewise, I highly recommend visiting the restaurant, as well as trying their breakfast; Both options are well worth it. I also recommend seeing the stars with Jaime, who is an expert and will help make the stay even more complete. In summary: absolute relaxation, in a privileged environment, and with a staff that is totally up to par.

Weekend as a couple. We stayed one night and had dinner at their Bistro. The hotel and restaurant are unique in the area. You can see the Relais Chateaux quality seal and the Michelin star. Small elegant rural hotel with a very quiet atmosphere, ideal for couples without children in a typical landscape of the fields of Castilla. The service and friendliness of the staff is impeccable and the cleaning and maintenance of the place is done with great care. The pool is large and has plenty of garden space. Everything is taken care of in detail. Local and proximity product that is presented with care both at dinner and at breakfast. The only downer I found was the soundproofing of the room (number 5) from its next door neighbours. Luckily the hotel environment in general is very calm and the guest profile too and did not cause any disturbance. My congratulations to the management and all the staff.
