I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I ordered a medium steak, but what I received was almost completely raw (rare). I brought this to the attention of two waiters, who assured me they would discuss it with the kitchen. Unfortunately, none of the staff or management came to apologize for the inconvenience. I recently enjoyed a lunch at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service, however, truly stood out, earning a perfect 5. Additionally, the atmosphere was inviting and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I would recommend this place, especially for lunch, with an average price range of R 100–150 per person.
