We had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. We arrived early for lunch at 11am, and the restaurant quickly filled up as noon approached. We tried the boneless charcoal roast duck, caramelized char siew, crackling roast pork, and flavored rice. The roasts were excellent and rivaled those we've had in Hong Kong, maybe even better. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I finally made my way to this restaurant and was immediately struck by the contemporary yet rustic vibes created by neon lights, a wall mural, and a mix of old school and modern tables. I tried the Mix Platter (Char Siew Roast Pork) and was impressed by the unique caramelized KL-style char siew and perfectly crispy roast pork. The Mince Meat Mee Kia Mince Meat Mee Pok was topped with flavorful mince meat pork lard that added the perfect texture. The Fragrant Flavor Rice lived up to its name, with my friend even comparing it to rice from Thailand. The MSW Durian Shrimp with Ikura was a unique combination that provided a burst of unexpected flavors. The Tonkotsu White Clam Broth was the best I've ever had, with a rich briny flavor that made me savor every last drop. The Spicy Mala Chick was addictive, with its crunchy, savory, and moderately spicy taste. The Omelette Crab Bomb with cheese was a fluffy and flavorful explosion, while the Crystal Crispy Salad offered a satisfying crunch in every bite. I can't wait to go back for another delicious meal.
Been around Singapore trying out char sau sau rou fan for around 3 years and their Roast Paradise Don has mind blown me. At that very moment, I swearer that I have to bring my dad here! I did it today and he liked it! Just a tad bit sweet. But that didn’t ruin the overall taste. Each mouthful of the thick cut char siew is a satisfaction~ And not to forget the 3 layers siew yuk. The most important items that go with the stars fragrant rice and chilli didnt disappoint!
Nice vibes, HIGHly reccomend their chasiew (roast pork and duck are nice too but the chasiew is really on a DIFFERENT LEVEL!!! The outside of the chasiew was CRISPY and the meat was juicy, it was absolutely delicious.
