We ordered a Burrata starter. Paired it with a Peroni and Rum Coke. The Burrata was ok and was more like fresh mozzarella. Service was friendly with patience given my questions about their best cocktail. The view of the Olde Towne area along with beverages made for a good late afternoon experience .
Food and service was both great! We definitely didn't expect the amazing service we got at La Dolce Vita. The restaurant is located on old town Warsaw. Of course it being a known tourist area we didn't have crazy expectations when it came to service. But our waitress Monika was truly great! She was very polite and prompt. Our food was expensive which is expected in the location, but truly didn't disappoint my spinach noodles with shrimp and tomatoes was very well seasoned and was much better than I expected. It was 38PLN. As many of the restaurants in this area be prepared to spend a little more than average. But I truly recommend this as a go to spot especially if you enjoy Italian food and a great view of the castle.
Caffe restaurant by the side of the big square overlooking the new football stadium. The kind you find in any touristy square in Europe. Serves lots of beer and staple polish and international food. Due to its location it will always be busy but the staff were good and very friendly Pleasant enough.
I would put zero stars if I could for the restaurant servers in particular, very unprofessional, they have no idea how to treat a customer. My wife and I live in the States and there is just no comparison with the customer service here in this restaurant, very rude young lady working on a Tuesday night with other young fella simply not doing their jobs. Young lady with too much make up was running like a headless chicken around Americans table nearby working for that tip which I totally understand but ignoring rest of the costumers. First she mixed up all the beers that we ordered and when we said, it wasn't what we ordered she was very rude treating us like it was our fault, not willing to fix this, then ignoring us for the rest of the night, and at the end we had to go inside and ask for the bill ourselves. We usually leave great tips it's just normal for us, but nothing for her and that other lazy fella working with her that night. If you want to be treated very badly, and ignored all night go to that restaurant!!!
The restaurant was great! The waiter, Manciek, was very professional and funny. He treated us well. Also, he was very communicative. The food was good. I expected a little more italian out of it, but it was good over all. Maybe I should have ordered something more italian.
