Fazoli's - Sioux Falls

We had a lot of questions about our food when ordering and the staff were so so helpful. The woman at the register was so sweet and patient with us. If she didn’t know an answer she asked her manager, who was equally as nice as she was. We had to change our order to include regular chicken, instead of spicy. They were very willing to do that. The soda area was very clean. The silverware and condiments were well stocked. The dining area was clean and I noticed that someone was always out cleaning off tables and checking to be sure everything was well. We enjoyed a nice salad before our entrees came out. They were nice and cold and fresh. They also gave us breadsticks, which never disappoint- they are always delicious and warm. Our entrees came out pretty quickly. My husband had the baked chicken Alfredo and I had the baked ziti. Both of them were wonderful and big portions! I had to to take 1/2 of mine home, which I didn’t mind at all. We were checked on several times before we were done. We love Fazoli’s. They are inexpensive, tasty and they have some of the best service in town. They never disappoint!

So we ordered for a delivery didn’t get the side salad. Called the store they said it’s grub hubs fault. Grub hub said they can’t open the sealed bags and it’s the store’s fault. We did revcve a full order on top of which we received. But in the side salad was a gross hair in it was this intentional? Maybe we won’t touch the other food.

First time ever trying this place and Chris was so patient and answered all our questions. We got our food super fast and it was amazing! Will definitely be coming back soon!

The lasagna was great! Large portion for the price. Highly recommended.

Front line employees need refresher on customer service. No greeting, no eye contact, not friendly. Not 1 but 2 cashiers and m1 other, maybe supervisor. No unlimited bread sticks anymore. Can't scan QR Code from app for points, what's the point of the QR code?
