Pizza Hut - Sioux Falls

We ordered two middle pizzas two pastas and the online menu is not clearly stated that the pasta on the $5 deal does not come with bread sticks, so we ordered Marinara sauce that we got 10 bread sticks so that we did not get Matinara bread sticks. Half and half pizza was cut with mixed pieces of ribbons to huge wedges and a piece. Ridiculous! They refused to order and deliver bread sticks because it was not a big enough order! We're staying in a motel and it's 8:47 we have sad children because no bread sticks. How seriously it makes it clear on your online menu that the $5 offers do not come with bread sticks.

Insert my order and pay for them 3 hours before I needed it. The order came, they forgot a pizza I had ordered and paid. They called her. It wasn't here 45 minutes later. The guy who answered the phone was rude and hung up. Then I called again to talk to a manager, and the same guy was rude again and asked me what the problem was. Finally, I had to talk to a supervisor she was nice, finished our missing pizza and a refund for everything. But today I still have a fee for a completely different amount, no idea what it is for probably my missing pizza that should be refunded anyway. The food we got wasn't great at all, it was awfully cut. Very disappointed by Pizza Hut in general after getting accused and on something I should not have. Customer service is terrible, at least it was Saturday night.

Literally so comfortable. Always on time. This evening the order was made amazing. Yes, in the past there were 2 Hiccups, but the supplier is always polite like hell? props to red eclipse guy

Ordered a large filled crust at 8:03. We received a notice that it was for delivery at 8:39 and would arrive 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes we called out that it was still in business. Then their manager Jeremy was hanging on my friend when he asked what happened and when we can expect to get it. He called again and Jeremy put the phone on the table and left it behind. After all, I called and spoke to another manager. She was super nice, excused for Jeremy's behavior, explained what the pizza was so late, and told me if we could expect her to arrive. The pizza arrived warm at 9:45. Although, I really appreciate the woman I spoke with, and the streets are pretty bad, I must give 1 star for our interaction with Jeremy and the bad quality of the product.

Everything was great!! Delivery time was good. The delivery man was very nice and personable. The only thing that would take away from my experience was that they forgot the marinara with the breadsticks. But oh well not the end of the world. But otherwise our food was hot and delicious
