We go to the Duck every year around this time. We have a family reunion at Vista Park, which is close by, so we always stop in for food and drinks. The staff is amazing and always quick to greet you and get things ordered. Don't order chicken fried steak if you're expecting a country gravy. They serve it with a brown gravy, and it's just not the same. I had the salmon, and it was good we usually love the fried green beans but didn't have them this year. A few in our party had the Super Dip and raved about how good that was. Kid-friendliness: We had teenagers with us who wanted to eat alone, so we set them up in the restaurant and then hung out on the lounge side. They took great care of all of us.
Had a wonderful dinner with my wife on Saturday night. eating was very good. salat seemed to be of baby green, definitiw was not iceberg salat, as there were many colors and rugged edges. service was good, but I had to ask each time that I wanted my drink to be refilled, although we were the only people in the restaurant half the facility. we would definitely go back.
Great outdoor seating areas with supreme view. Bartender was quick and efficient. Food was tasty and delivered quickly. Nice pit stop and atmosphere.
