The restaurant was closed due to summer holidays when I went by, but the owner was super friendly and prepared a lasagne for me (made of zucchini, almond cheese, walnut meat, tomato sauce, basil pesto , which was very very fresh and delicious (and I’m usually not even a big raw fan... . The meal transferred myself into a happy me, so I definitely recommend ; I also had the chance to try a bit of the new upcoming menu, which I also recommend.
Tried several of the raw main dishes, and a whole load of the cakes, and will be back many times for more. Some of the best raw food and cakes I ever had. There's a huge selection too. And a really great coffee menu with some creative and luxurious drinks, as well as a raw coffee! The last time I went, I could buy fermented macademia nut cheese! Also tried homemade hazelnut and hemp milk to take home. It's not cheap by Balkan stanards, but good by western/northern Europe standards, and the quality is worth it. There's not a lot of seating but each time I went it wasn't busy. There are also seats and beanbags outside. It's outside of the city center, but fortunately I am staying around the corner :
Who knew the best raw food restaurant would be in Skopje? It’s really well made and lots of flavours. Fresh, friendly staff and they have a huge selection of raw cakes. The portions are small so I recommend 1-3 meals to be fully satisfied. Very affordable! Recommend the lasagna and stuffed mushrooms. Super cosy environment too.
We where met by an angry lady that just wanted us out of the store because they didn’t have time to make Any food for us because they where busy with catering. And When we asked if they knew about any other vegan resturants they said no that this was the only place.
