If you don't want to wait an extra minute, hit the drive thru at McDonald's ????. I think people are too impatient, maybe leave the house a few minutes earlier if you need to be somewhere
Good Bagels if you're close, The cinnamon sugar, toasted, w/ plain cream cheese is great. The bagel and lox was so so. Average coffee. The bagels are okay, not anything special, but fluffy, and well sized. Their prices are good, but I would not go out of my way.
I have been there 3 imes. The first time, it was the drive-up window. The lady was nice and I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. The next time I went to get the same thing, the girl said they don't prepare sandwiches via drive-up. So, I went inside. The place looked sloppy and dirty.. The workers at the counter were dismissive and cold. It was as though I should be thanking them! It took a long time for the order. There was no customers inside or at drive-up. I gave it a shotagain and it was worse. It looked dirty and sloppy inside. The trays of bagels in the window cases were thrown about and the cases looked messy and dirty. Then, there were three people behind the counter and not one waited on me. Instead, they waited on people in the drive-up window. I left and won't go back. The customer service is terrible.
Excellent, professional, friendly, and timely service. The menu options are diverse and delicious; fresh bagels of every assortment, all kids of cream cheeses, coffees and smoothies. My favorite and regular order is the Nova Lox sandwich on a salted bagel and strawberry patch smoothie. Thanks to the staff for always providing an excellent meal on every visit.
Love the low carb bagels and staff are so very accommodating. I would suggest they look at the menu posted on their web site as it reads a half dozen low carb bagels is $750.00 dollars!
