Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This store sucks, YOU cannot tell your customers you are closed 30Min before closing, please try again. The locals are not ok with this. Horrible NO Service October 16th 9:30pm Sucks isn't even the word, I just saw the other reviews here, &I promise this location has lost my buisness for good, You just don't close 30Min before schedule, smh

I was pleasantly surprised by my lunch today. The food was very fresh and hot! The reason for my surprise is because the last tome I was there my food was cold and lacking in taste. Very glad they got it together.

I would have rated a 5 because the food is always great, but the staff in the other hand is a negative 1. The young girls who run the drive thru is so rude. I understand they are in high school, but that does not make an excuse for poor customer service.I have been going to this location for about 7 years and their best employee is Shay. She runs the store better than managementand should be GM. Those attitudes are going to cost business.

Cashier needs extreme customer service trng...lines long over 30m....cashier can't seem to comprehend the basic order....Taye and rest needs continued cust srvc trng...wt

Slowest fast food restaurant that i?ve ever been to. It took 30 min to get a meal as simple as nibbles and fries. There were even people from the drive thru coming inside saying they waited for more than an hour. When i finally got my food with noupdate on the status of it the nibbles were so tiny. I?m never coming here again.
