Blackland Smokehouse - Snyder

Bands are good. the truthahn oh my goodness! I've never had a juicy truthahn to the black ones. brisket was also wet. I tried red kartoffels that were very good. mac n cheese is in order not baked many, but not bad. would go back completely for their meat plates etc.

Large parts. you could probably share it. good food! macaroni and cheese with jalapeño. not for children

- what? since the move to Texas, we have bbq of at least 8 different places, all very recommended. only today, after we tried blackland, we finally have an authentic quality texas bbq experience! amazing brisket, perfect ripening, great sausage and even the smoked turkey was moist and tasty. it is a definitiw sort of “local only” place. when they go for the first time, they don’t sit down and expect their order to be taken! go back to where the food truck is in the garage and put their order! All we have tried, we will definitely be back!

Eat good portions. not much taste, needs flavor, (but I like flavor). a little warm inside. in any case they recommend, give it a try.

This was my second time eating this barbeque, the first time being a catered event I attended a few weeks ago. I ate here yesterday (6/15/22) and ordered a 2 meat plate (brisket and ribs) and it was delicious! I did not finish my plate, either; it was just too much food! I thought the portions were very generous and definitely worth the price considering the quality of the barbeque; anyone that truly knows anything about great barbeque knows it isn 't cheap. I ordered my food to go and from the time I arrived, placed my order and left was maybe 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I 'd consider Blackland to be in my top 5, maybe even in my top three favorite barbeque places in the entire state and, yes, I 've been everywhere, man ! I will for sure be going back.
