Each time we followed the recommendations of the owner Salvatore and every time it did not disappoint. In particular a slow cooked pork and the fillet steak where excellent. Salvatore and his staff were very friendly and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is just off the square in Solarino and worth finding. We spent two weeks in Sicily and enjoyed good food everywhere but this restaurant was best of all. “Molto Bene Salvatore”
A very special evening not only is the food amazing (especially the ravioli with slightly sweet pepperoni sauce and the 2 versions of tenerumi we tried for the first time even having been in Sicily a couple of times) but the owner makes it truly an experience. He just loves his job and the food he is preparing and you can feel it in the food, the place and the service. Everything was a little better than expected. We will go again before we leave. Thanks for the great evening !!!
The owner was a gentleman. Opened up for us even on his night of closure. Grateful for this gesture. Had an antipasto platter which was good. Didn't have much choice regarding mains. He offered us pasta. Which was ok, nothing special. People in the area rave about this place. I guess on the night that it was closed, we didn't have availability to full menu.
Tranne il proprietario, accoglie i clienti in modo straordinario, mette a proprio agio è molto utile. Il cibo è di ottima qualità e preparato in modo sublime, abbiamo preso due primi piatti che mi hanno segnato nell'anima, gnocchi al gorgonzola e arancio e pasta con eccezionale crema al pistacchio. Il secondo della carne si è sciolto in bocca.
Posto consigliato, abbiamo mangiato meravigliosamente bene dall'antipasto al dessert, posto pulito e amichevole, proprietario molto gentile, ci torneremo sicuramente.
