Prezzo Italian Eastbourne - Solenzo

Le personnel ici est très sympathique et ils ont une incroyable sélection de pizzas végétariennes. Vous pouvez commander plusieurs de leurs pizzas classiques à la viande avec des alternatives à base de viande végétale. Nous avons essayé leur pepperoni végétarien qui était délicieux et parfait pour un dîner léger !

J'ai commandé une livraison via Deliveroo et il y a eu un problème avec la livraison, un article était manquant. J'ai décidé de contacter directement Prezzo Eastbourne et j'étais heureux de l'avoir fait, car Dado a géré la situation avec une grande courtoisie et professionnalisme. Pour gagner du temps en attendant que Deliveroo ne refasse la livraison, j'ai proposé de récupérer l'article manquant, car c'était pour ma fille. La nourriture était d'un excellent niveau habituel, et j'écris cet avis pour faire une mention spéciale pour le service de Dado au restaurant.

Je voulais simplement remercier chaleureusement le personnel d'Eastbourne pour une excellente expérience. C'était l'anniversaire des 70 ans de ma mère. Le personnel a fait tout son possible pour rendre cette journée spéciale. La nourriture était excellente. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons tous passé un très bon moment ! Nous reviendrons. Merci !

We visited on a rather quiet afternoon for lunch. The premises had just opened and staff were quick to greet and seat us. The restaurant itself is situated in a lovely location based on the roundabout over looking the train station and a short walk from the newly refurbished Beacon shopping centre. Staff appeared friendly and we were sat in the window area. Now unfortunately this is where Prezzo need to look at their seating. A ripped bench seat and worn material don’t give the best look for your business. However staff were quick to serve and food arrived hot and of no compliant. We were able to use tesco Clubcard vouchers and the waitress was helpful in pointing out which part of the bill could be paid using these. Toilets were clean and fresh. Would’ve been 5* but unfortunately the decor and worn seats let the restaurant down. 5* for the staff and food though

The most awful delivery we’ve ever day!!! The photo is of our dessert. Half a pitta bread and some chocolate spread. And this was the garlic bread. Even the delivery driver said he questioned the restaurant when he went to collect the order. We ordered the kids pizzas and they were basically a slice of pizza.
