Terrace at Crowne Plaza Solihull

The Terrace is an acceptable option, dinner was good and served promptly.

I am appalled this is in your website as a restraint when it was merely nothing more than a reception area. The waitress was useless served the wrong wine twice no apology. The food was shocking gristly meat undercooked and cold, served. With a sauce I couldn’t eat and when I relayed this to the restaurant they refused to take off service charge and the maitre de well she needs lessons in customer care

Stayed on package including dinner. Disappointed with what was offered for our choice. Starter fine, but fish cake main came without any side dish such as potatoes which were a supplement extra ! Why not complete main for the money. Our stay wasn’t cheap. Also then no dessert included. For our choice whilst fish cakes were nice, it was just an incomplete dinner experience. Whilst I choose yes to recommend restaurant to a friend. To be honest I hover between yes and no due to what was given on our particular main., then no dessert. Not great

Despite checking my order 3 times I still got the wrong food! However its a convenient location and free parking nice touch having maltesers with our coffee

Wonderful meal, food was perfect. All staff very polite and couldn't do enough for us. Trinity the barmaid was a wonderful young lady and very good at her job. Overall a lovely experience.
