Brückenbaron - Sonderhofen

We stayed here twice during the Christmas holidays and were very enthusiastic. However, the ambience could be a bit better, as it seems a little cool. All dishes are so delicious, but we have something missing, so only 4 stars.

Christmas dinner was a disappointment! Based on the fact that we waited for our drinks over half an hour, the appetizer was only after a waiting period of 1.25 h and even though all menus had to be preordered. The main course was at 3:20 a.m., dessert at 4 p.m. Very bad, bad communication and the food was unfortunately not very good. The soup tasted nothing, the sweet potato Gnocchi also faded and soap. It is really a pity that the great location is not in line with what it promises. The kitchen and service were overwhelmed with the number of tables and it would have room for more guests, it was not full.

Much noise to nothing. After a visit to the beer garden in summer, a pure autumn was tastefully the complete blow into the water at a family celebration for Christmas. If you put as much muse in gastronomy as if you look outside, it could be good. But from a tasty location, with good staff you are unfortunately kilometers away. In the Christmas menu it was extremely chaotic! Previous orders have disappeared, drinks are only received on request, and the food was unfortunately not good. I couldn't get the picture of the airy mouse. Unfortunately, it was nothing. Really disappointed! And the allergy was ignored three times, despite previous clarification and complaint at the table. It won't happen.
