Bourbon St Pizza Of South Bend

We order every week from Hall's. The food is good, the prices/specials are great. The last two times we ordered we had to call because the online ordering (Toast Takeout) is no longer available. We just find it easier to order online. We usually don't have any issues but the last THREE times we ordered for delivery they put the COLD salad in the carrying bag with the HOT pizza. Now, isn't it common sense not to put something, that is supposed to stay cold, in a bag, that is insulated, with hot pizza? Apparently, the delivery drivers don't have common sense. I even told them when I ordered tonight to make sure they don't do it again. When I called, I was told that they don't have separate bags for salads. I used to get them delivered in a plastic bag but I guess they no longer have them. I don't know if they have different owners/management, but since they changed their name, it hasn't been the same. We really like the food and we get it delivered quickly. It's just the same mistake and when they are called out on it they make you feel like you're lying (I was asked to send a picture of the salad tonight). We spend, on average, around $30 a week with them. I'm not trying to scam them out of a $5 salad. I just want a cold salad! Please, do better and train your drivers to keep hot things hot and cold things cold.

It's an ok place, pizza was fresh and warm. A bit greasy, and was a bit underdone for my taste. May try again to see if it was just off night.

Picked up pizzas several times. Always fresh toppings and crust is cooked perfectly. Keep it up guys and gals.

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Fast delivery! The large salad was loaded with toppings and the lettuce was fresh and crisp!

Just when I thought Bourbon Street couldn't get any better, I ordered yesterday, and it was like the first time all over again. Our taste buds were in heaven, and even my picky eater ate half a pizza. It's our family favorite and forever will be.
