Contribuer aux commentairesHe has 1/2 lb rib tips and ribs with a side of mac n cheese. the meat was delicious and delicate. the side not so much and its $5 it is somehow expensive for which taste and look like box mac n cheese. but the star of the show, the smoked meat, was worth it. really wanted to try the black bells, but they were sold out.
I wait patiently to open this place for a few years, we were today the day! I loved her vomiting, they can really say if someone can smoke meat by tasting the food without sauces. fantastic work! the meat slides directly from the bone and I had no need for the variety of sauces I got, but I tasted it. I think your flesh is fabulous with or without. I can't wait to try her brisket with my daughter tomorrow!
Very disappointed by dry, over boiled meat. a quarter of pfund pulled swath, rib tips and a sausage bought. it was obvious that the meat had set too long under the lamps and had been burned hard and excessively. I don't know what changed my last visit, but I had better of this joint. just sad and disappointed.
My colleague and I try to eat here every Friday. the menu has not disappointed us in any way. we tried everything. the variety of sauces is large and space for the different regions they represent. a beautiful brisket sandwich is served here and I highly recommend it for a walk.
BEST restaraunt around town, BY FAR!! ALL of their meats literally fall off the bones or melt in your mouth. And they have THE BEST Mac n Cheese. I could literally eat here EVERY day!!
