I travel the world looking for a better cold brew than my gold standard of Trianon. I was in town visiting my kid and called Gogh Gogh to make sure they brew their own. They answered my coffee nerd questions correctly so i drove across town. Im glad i did! To my delight, they dont just have cold brew, they know their stuff and have excellent cold brew! Im sitting here sipping it trying to decide if its my new gold standard.....
I have never had better coffee! The service was exceptional!
Incapable of apparently staying open per their advertised hours. How hard is it to either change a sign, or stay open for posted hours. I went there at 6:45 pm and the door was locked, no one was there, and their signs clearly show they do not close until 7. One would think they would be capable of staying open for their (highly publicized per their reply to this)hours.Edit reply: I was 100% at the right location. The one off of Highway 6. I waited in the drive through where no one helped me, then I parked and went to the door, which was locked at 6:45 pm. You can not make excuses for closing early and try to make it seem like you didn’t. Why don’t you supply this video footage of you being open until 7. Because you absolutely were not. I do not appreciate my time being wasted by having to drive all the way to a business that can’t stay open for it’s posted hours. And even more do not appreciate you trying to cover up your bad business practices with lies.
I contacted them directly about receiving my coffee and it being basically empty upon getting it delivered. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude to me and blamed it on what I ordered (which I’ve ordered before). She claimed it was bc the foam disappeared before it got to me however I only work 5 minutes from the place and have ordered this before so I know that to be incorrect. You could also tell on the inside of the cup nothing had touched above where the coffee was currently. I also explained to her my order was supposed to be iced anyway and that I’ve ordered this same thing before. She continued to be rude and basically told me there was nothing she could do and that it wasn’t her problem it wasn’t iced because of the system. I normally could understand that but she was so dismissive of the fact I just purchased something from them and was unhappy. The coffee I did get was cold anyway and the taste was awful.
